John 3:16 – Be thankful, grateful, patient, charitable, kind, and smile, as it is infectious. God Bless America; protect our president and Military!
We’ve been to many places in our travels over the years from Maine to Florida, five Midwest states, California, Alaska and I might add we live in the Philadelphia area known for some pretty amazing culinary delightful places serving all kinds of food fare delectables e.g. Maine Lobster, Top shelf steak, seafood, sushi, Mexican, French, Thai, Indian, Chinese, Japanese and other venues.
However, the best was a restaurant we visited at least three times on our weeks stay in Warwick, NY. about twenty years ago called, Dautaj. They served a dish of Chicken in a Cognac in a mushroom cream sauce that was amazing. The restaurant was an American-Greek Influenced, Italian restaurant located at 30 Main Street in Warwick, New York, housed in a repurposed historic bank.
We stayed at a B & B that fall year while touring the wineries along the Hudson Valley foothills and the Appalachian ridge including a boat tour out of New Paltz to West point, the FDR Roosevelt estate and more.
So, what is your story behind the dish that would be worth writing or talking about it as it was that good?
