Turn the TV off, take some Deep Breaths, Exercise, read, meditate, listen to Upbeat or feel-good music, do yoga, walk, Bike, or step out of the room or away from the situation, even if it is just for a short while.
Point to Ponder: Everyone has stress in their lives from time to time, at different levels. The learning is in how to deal with it when it creeps into your life. I try to seek positive solutions to life’s otherwise events. Always look for the silver lining, and you will have a better outlook on life, and your family, friends, and neighbors will thank you!
