This is something I pondered as I gave my honest answer, knowing full well that it may upset some of my readers in today’s derisive environment. The below is an Op-Ed and my opinion, and has no reflection or ill will of intent towards you; however, we need to get over not being able to have civil debate without civic discourse or violence in this country
The election of Joe Biden as the 46th President of the United States and the four years that followed, which will probably not be in my lifetime, were what many others and I felt was the unofficial start of either Barack Obama’s 3rd term, Hillary’s 1st, or Schumer, Pelosi, and Jill Biden, among others, calling the shots. None who were elected in that capacity and hidden from the America People.
I felt that there was a significant amount of media news whipped-up hatred stemming from Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) in the country. Being propagated by the far-left Hollywood, foreign interests, and the Entertainment Industry. Then, with their help, they brought a real-life Hollywood movie, “Wag the Dog,” starring Robert De Niro of all people, to life. The premise of the film revolves around creating a false political narrative through controlled media outlets to distract from a corrupt act, such as stealing an election, while simultaneously accusing your opponents of wrongdoing and presenting yourself as the whistleblower. I had watched for many years as my mother and some of my aunts entered this stage of life, and I was quite aware of the telltale signs: the blank stare, the loss of words, forgetfulness, and the fumbling that were evident long before the election. I remember a specific moment during a Zoom interview with Nancy Pelosi. Joe Biden held a press conference and, at the end, was asked to field some questions. He said, “Let me ask the boss, is it okay if I take a few questions, Nancy?” She quickly responded, “No, Joe!” The Zoom promptly ended.
The televised debate, which was well before the election, made it obvious to the nation that he had severe age-related health issues, many of which we are still finding out. He sporadically ran his election campaign from his basement, using COVID-19 as an excuse to hide from public scrutiny. He was given only limited access, and only to left-leaning media outlets. They protected public scrutiny of his obvious health issues and signs of dementia when he did appear.
On election day, Trump appeared to be winning late in the evening when it was announced that the polls would close and reopen the next morning. The election verification teams were moved from the counting locations across the street; windows were covered, and in many of the same Sanctuary cities of today, trucks were seen bringing in more votes that had been late in coming from these big-city polling stations. Sound familiar. If memory serves me right, the next morning Joe Biden was almost ahead by the margin he had been losing the night before, when the polls were magically shut down. Hmm!
This situation resulted in “The Wall” being stopped, which in many cases, was left lying on the ground to rust. It also resulted in open borders allowing unvetted illegal aliens to enter our country by the tens of millions, bringing with them various criminal activities such as drug trafficking, child trafficking, prostitution pouring in from all sides. Reports indicate that our southern neighbors took this opportunity to empty their prisons and send their problems our way.
Meanwhile, we protected Iran after giving it billions of frozen assets to build its nuclear program. They demonized Israel for wanting to protect itself from this fanatical regime. The left and bought in news media outlets promoted
Thank God the American people woke up to elect President Trump and give hope to the silent majority who felt our jobs, country, and welfare were given away to non-legal citizens. Now we find that many government programs set up to help the underprivileged and legal citizens hit by hard times were bled dry to provide medical care, housing, food, education, and more at taxpayers’ expense. Now we also find out these programs by immigrants were being stolen from in the billions, if not trillions? If you think this is right, who do you think is funding these programs?? YOU!
We learned just yesterday from Vice President Vance that they have already recovered $160 billion in taxpayer funds that were fraudulently used. America is the most generous of all nations, but we need to protect our system and not give it away, especially to those who came here by breaking the law. If you travel to any country on Earth, you need a passport and a visa. Another significant point is that 87% of all Americans, regardless of party affiliation, support Voter ID for elections. Ask yourself: who would be against this and why?
