Daily Prompt: What’s the last movie that made you cry? 8/21/26
John 3:16 – Be thankful, grateful, patient, charitable, kind, and smile, as it is infectious. God Bless America; protect our president and Military!
I am not normally one who cries easily as it has to do with more the way we were raised by our WWII Army Sgt. dad as not showing weakness. I realize now especially, as I get older that it is a normal emotion like that of laughing something I much rather do!
That being said a few movies have moved me to tears over the years. See below.
Penny Serenade, Old Yeller, Roots, The Color Purple, The Book Thief, The Passion of the Christ, Shindler’s List, Saving Private Ryan, The Chosen, “UP”, Band of Brothers, The Green Mile and I am sure there have been a few more, but I can’t recollect them all at this time.
A cinematic collage highlights memorable emotional scenes from beloved tearjerking films.
What’s on your tearful list of movies I would love to hear it e.g.? Terms of Endearment, Brians Song, Steel Magnolias, Marley & Me??
A nostalgic montage of tearjerking moments centered on love, loss, and emotional healing.
