John 3:16 – Be thankful, grateful, patient, charitable, kind, and smile, as it is infectious. God Bless America; protect our president and Military!
~~ Merry Christmas in July! Check out my two holiday-related books ~~
Dreams and wishes change constantly from day to day, year to year, and age to age from e.g. A new bike, a car of your own, a person or love interest you want to meet, your first apartment or home. It might be a trip to a place you always dreamt of visiting, an item you always fancied to own, a car you always dreamed of owning or perhaps a mountain house on a lake or on a desired beach front property.
Other things you dream about for a life well lived – A good job with better benefits, find someone to share life’s pleasures, have children and maybe grandchildren someday just praying they are healthy too! Then as parents/grandparents pray more as they grow and head down their road not taken.
Hopefully, with the tools taught to you and passed forward in being of good character – To be honest, respectful, trustworthy, compassionate, and, regardless of what comes along, without complaint. If they are fortunate in life to remember to pay it forward!
The ultimate dream is to live, love, and die a peaceful death, where, at the end, the Lord, standing with Saint Peter, waits with open arms, saying, “Welcome to eternity and to the place that was prepared for you for a job well done!”
Point to Ponder: It has been suggested that some of my prompt responses could’ve been answered in a sentence or two or perhaps a paragraph. My only explanation is that it isn’t about the end result or climax of a story but, more importantly, the meat and bones behind the journey which should never be lost in the retelling.
What’s your biggest dream?
