To a certain extent, I believe we don’t need much to be happy and find joy in the simple, free things that life offers. However, my wife has enjoyed collecting various small items over the years, such as depression glass and Hummels. Despite this collection, I assure you that no one would ever consider us hoarders.
However, as people persons we also enjoy getting together with family and friends, dinners out, vacations, parties, traveling, and new experiences. We recognize that these may seem frivolous to a true minimalist, but they work for us.
