Well, I am going to take the easy way out here, as there are just too many, but most of them are on “Looney Tunes.” Emceed by none other than Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck!
I might add a runner-up to them is Popeye. In 1960, this 4-year-old boy wanted everything Popeye related for Christmas, and Santa came through. I got a Popeye game that came with the spinach cans, punching bag, outfit, and a toy Popeye guitar that, when you turned the crank, played that oh-so-familiar song! E-gi-gi-gi-gi, I may be a sailor but I ain’t no scallywag, Arf, Arf, I had all I can stands, and I can’t stand more, Oh! My goshkins, I don’t need no stinkin’ badges, and I am strong to the finish cause I eat my spinach!”
