Be thankful, grateful, patient, charitable, kind, and don’t forget to smile, as it is infectious. God Bless America and Protect Our Military!!
Rather than insult any of the fine restaurants in Delaware, Chester, or Montgomery Counties, I will pick ones we prefer. As winemakers of many years now, my wife and I prefer Italian or Americana BYOBs.
I also have that dreaded gluten allergy, so I like those establishments that carry GF friendly pasta or make risotto dishes. We have found that most restaurants today accommodate us by offering GF menu options; some even have a separate menu, which is very nice.
On a side note, many shops these days offer GF (gluten-free) pastries, breads, rolls, cereals, desserts, cakes, and cookies. They have come a long way in things offered that taste very well since I was first diagnosed on the day after Easter at the age of 42 in 1998. Even the church offers gluten-free Hosts, or, for those with a severe allergic reaction, wine on the altar. If you weren’t sure, now you know!
What are your favorite restaurants?
