Personally, despite many foot, knee, and heart-related issues from my past, only a fool would be complacent in not getting exercise. Any doctor worth their weight in salt will tell you staying and keeping an active lifestyle is anyone’s best way forward to better health. That would include eating, drinking, habits, and avoiding other, more severe life choices, which can lead to a very unhealthy life and an early death.
Ultimately, it is a matter of choice depending on which road is taken, and each has its own consequences, some of which are good, bad, or downright evil. The things in life you read about in history often play out in a Biblical, historical, or daily context, as seen on the Evening News.
Point To Ponder: The start of anything new is always the hardest, but it mirrors life from its conception. You need to be supported and nurtured to start, crawl before you walk, and walk before you run. The key is to start from a place of positive reinforcement and support, as any journey needs help at each level of success. Recognize bad influences in your life and remove them.
