I have great admiration for the medical field and its dedication to helping people of all ages, as well as their families. Whether it’s addressing common issues like sore throats and fevers, mending broken bones, or supporting families through serious, life-threatening illnesses such as multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, and cancers, healthcare professionals provide essential care in both times of peace and during conflicts.
I hold deep admiration for those who work in hospice care, as well as for priests and funeral directors. They assist families in navigating the end stage of life with dignity, helping individuals leave this world in a state of grace. Their compassion, empathy, and kindness are invaluable as they guide loved ones through the difficult journey of losing and burying those dear to them.
