Most days, I typically go to bed between 11 PM and midnight. However, there are exceptions to this routine. Holidays like July Fourth, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and especially New Year’s often cause me to stay up later. Late-night weddings, graduations, vacations, and outings with friends and family also fall into this category. One rule I am particularly strict about is going out on New Year’s Eve; I dislike sitting around someone’s house—or my own—watching everyone else have fun while ringing in the New Year.
Point to Ponder: Everyone has their own reasons for managing their time and routines. What works for me may not suit your schedule or personality, and that’s perfectly okay. So, embrace what works for you, and I’ll stick to what works for me, each in line with our individual lifestyles.
