Now, if we’re talking living off the grid, I would definitely need a high-powered semi-automatic rifle with plenty of ammo, an endless supply of matches, a military hammer axe with shovel, Rambo knife, you know the one with all the cool things in the handle (compass, fishing line, sharpening tool). This question is very vague. Is this living on or off the grid? Are we talking in a warmer or a colder climate? Some insight into whether it’s a Sub-Saharan, Arctic, Antarctic, Australian, or Mountainous region in the USA, Asia, or Europe would have been nice? How about things like… Lions, Tigers, or Bears, or perhaps deadly spiders, snakes, crocodiles, gators, and the like. No mention of environment, threats to humans, or if you’re stranded on an island in the middle of nowhere.
Just saying, if that’s the case or in any of these scenarios, I’d want a beautiful companion of the opposite sex who’s a surgically trained MD able to handle all types of issues that might develop. She also would have found a trunk of her own as the copilot of the opposite sex. In my story, the copilot is a woman. Ladies, feel free to reverse the roles in your version of this prompt. Her trunk would include everything needed to perform even the most complex surgery, a trained psychologist, and one who does amazing dental work. Everything, of course, would be neatly packed with a selection of clothes and lingerie items that fit perfectly and in colors she likes. Other personal items that she would feel appropriate to be in her dream trunk, that make and keep her happy, would be there too. I might add, and probably more than one of each. It’s hard enough to fill my trunk with dream items. Need I go there? Hell No! Other than make-up, mirror, brush, comb, lipstick, and some personal items, I wouldn’t even want to venture a guess. Hmm! Let me see, did I cover all the bases? Hell No! What did you think? This was going to be a short response.
Now, if a large floating waterproof trunk washed up, or I came across an abandoned military plane from a pilot who just happens to be a man. He would also be of the same size and build, and like the same fashion of clothes that my copilot would find appealing. The large steamer trunk I found would store most of life’s necessities thrown together in a willy-nilly fashion. Hey! I heard these pilots always stashed a good bottle or two of rheumatism medicine along with a few cigars; not that I smoke anymore. Inside the trunk would be binoculars, flares, a hat, jacket, wool P-Coat, bathing suit, extra undergarments, first-aid kit, toothbrush, reading material, stashed cookies and crackers, K-rations, sewing thread and needle, plenty of dry socks, sunglasses, a parachute, which should make a pretty nice tent until I build that cabin. Also, inside bars of candy, soap, sandals, blankets, and a pillow wrapped neatly around a Martin D-45 acoustic guitar with accessories, e.g., an endless supply of strings, plectrums, and a tuning rod in E. Hey, you put your dream trunk together anyway you want; this is my dream find!
